The Boat - Tweedability 1

Tweedability 1 is a special fishing boat for disabled anglers which had been designed by a collaboration between the Wheelyboat Trust, the R.T.C., and the Tweed Foundation; the Foundation has paid for the development and is raising funds to both recoup this initial investment and to provide more boats.
